 weather warm, walleye – perch bite continues

Weather this week is suppose to be good, hot temps, waves 2 feet or less, sounds familar. Perch bite over weekend good reports from north of B can and from north of Niagara toward C-can, anchored using shiners. Walleye did move back in around 2 miles north of B-can east toward C. Trolling stinger spoons, J-7 j-9′s even worm harnesses, again troll what you troll best. Casters did pick up some on reefs, little pickerel, crib reef, not real fast and furious, but some nice walleyes. Hot spoons, pooh bear purple, puss&boots, Hot Pants, and any of the pink panty spoons. Bank fishermen have been catching lots of bass, bluegill, and catfish (no crappie report). Bass,using leaches, nightcrawlers, catfish- nightcrawlers-shrimp. Store still opening up 6:00 am Mon Tues Wed Thurs— 5:00 a.m. FRi Sat Sun. Most days here till at least 6:00 call ahead in evenings Again we are in time of year you can catch both walleyes and perch. Captain Dave from Happy Hooker.
